气动掺混仓

Air Blending is one of the fastest, more efficient blending technology especially for mixing large batches of dry solid bulk materials. It can typically blend a 10 cubic meter batch materials in just 3~4 minutes, and can handle batches up to over 120 cubic meters (200 tons in case of heavy meterials) in capacity. 

Air Blenders / Air Blending Silos use standard 6 ~ 8 barg oil-free compressed air (or nitrogen in case of oxygen sensitive to materials) with plusing injection control cycles via the blending head, turning and tumbling the materials to a homogeneous blend in a very short period of time.

气动掺混是批次性混合大量物料更为经济有效而且迅速的方式,通常,它可以在3~4分钟内完成混合超过十多个立方米的物料,并可以一次性混合高达120立方米容积(或200吨物料,如果物料堆积密度较重的情况下)的物料。

气动掺混仓采用标准的6~8公斤压力的无油洁净压缩空气(对于氧气敏感的物料可以采用压缩氮气),通过气动掺混头周期性地向上脉冲喷射,使得物料迅速翻转滚动,从而快速到达均质混合的目的。
