Circle Feeder 环形下料器

Circle Feeder will be mounted at the flat bottom of a storage bin, wtih agitation beams and pressure cone inside the bin, pushes the bulk solids onto the discharge outlets (can be one or multiple, at bottom or sides) avoiding bridging and dead flowing inside the bin. The storage bin can be a cylindrical shape hopper, or a round big bin with symmetric or assymmetric cone. A Circle Feeder saves as much height as possible the storage bin as long as maitaining the gravity discharge flow smoothly.

环形下料器安装在平底面容器的底部，带搅拌臂和压力锥，将容器内部的固体散料推向底面或侧面的出料口；出料口可以一个或多个。储料容器可以是圆柱形料斗、大的圆形带锥料容器（正锥或偏锥）。环形下料器最大程度地节省了出料容器的总高，同时保障了内部固体散料能够顺畅地重力流出料。

DUC 下料单元

The DUC discharge unit is specially designed to prevent bridging of product at the hopper outlet (up to 5 m³). A rotating paddle inside the hopper cone keeps the product in motion. When mixed products are used, the rotating blade avoids product separation at the hopper outlet. The DUC guarantees a smooth flow of product and maximizes the filling efficiency of the component installed below the unit (e.g. a rotary valve or screw conveyor).

DUC出料单元特别设计应用于固体散料下料时在料斗出料口处架桥，一般适合料斗容积至5立方米。在料斗出料口上锥部，DUC的搅拌桨连续旋转促使物料保持流动状态。对于混合性物料，使用DUC可以避免物料在重力下料时分层或离析，对于下游出料设备，采用DUC可以最大程度地保持其进料填充率（比如旋转阀或螺旋输送机）。

Live Bottoms 活化仓底出料器

Live bottoms are multiple screw systems (depending on the project) for the controlled dosage or discharge from a bunker or silo of bulk goods with poor flow properties.

When to use live bottoms?

• For dosing products with strong bridging properties from buffers.
  The entire buffer becomes ‘active’, preventing dead zones from forming.
• When a lot of product needs to be buffered but there is little height available and you want to maximize use of the space.

A custom-made live bottom

We also develop and supply live bottoms for powders, granules, flakes or granulates  with low bulk density. The systems are available in various widths. Applications for round, square and rectangular storage bunkers are also available.

活化仓底出料器有多台平行出料螺旋构成，对于大型料仓或料斗中流动性非常差的固体散料，能够提供稳定可控的出料速率。同时它也大大节省了料仓需要的锥体高度，从而使您可以最大程度地增加料仓储存容积。
