Traditional dilute phase pneumatic conveying system has been a long industrial application history for over a century. In dilute phase conveying, all the solid particles are suspended in a high speed gas stream. 

The dilute phase system could be either vacuum conveying or pressure conveying, or even combined vacuum-pressure  in one system. 

与传统的稀相气力输送相比,先进的密相输送系统技术采用低得多的输送气流速度。在稀相输送过程中,固体颗粒全部以悬浮的状态随着高速气流被输送,而密相输送则是以很慢的速度、集中推进料堆、料栓或管道底部的料床。设计密相输送物料究竟是以料堆、料栓还是料床推进,取决于物料颗粒的自然属性以及整个系统的其它组合条件。

通常密相输送及中相输送能够适合更高的输送能力和更长的输送距离。通常较高输送能力、较大输送压力的密相输送系统,需要配备康柏斯特别设计的管道防振支撑,以消除或吸收由于输送料栓撞击输送弯头时产生的振动。

   

A Compass dilute phase system can be either a pressure conveying system or a vaccum conveying system. Materal pickup can be either a rotary valve station, a blow tank (pressure vessel), a venturi ejector or a pick up nozzle / wand depending on actual plant application.

康柏斯稀相输送技术即可以应用到正压输送系统,也可以应用到负压输送系统。物料输送起点既可能是旋转阀输送站,也可能是发送罐、文丘里发射器或负压吸嘴。
